Benefits of meditation

Over 6000 people practising the 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation technique participated in a Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) survey — a widely used psychological instrument for measuring the perception of stress. The findings show:

22% of people felt an improvement in their ability to handle personal problems and not feel overwhelmed by difficulties piling up. 8.7% felt they could better cope with life’s demands and duties.

CALM

17% reported a reduction in stress and nervousness after one month of practice. 16.6% reported reduced angry reactions to things out of their control.

IN CONTROL

22% said they were better able to handle personal problems. 16.6% reported improvement in their ability to control the important things in life. 15% felt more on top of things.
