3-Day Learn Meditation Course

In this course you will learn a simple and effortless meditation technique. At the end of the course, you will be a confident and capable meditator, with the ability to practise anywhere, anytime. The course consists of three 90 minutes sessions, run over three consecutive days.

 
 

Course overview

  • Day 1: Receive instruction on the 1 Giant Mind Being technique and how to best put this into practice.

  • Day 2: Confirm you have a practical and theoretical understanding of the technique and how to best make it a daily habit.

  • Day 3: Continue furthering your understanding of the technique and dive deeper into the nature of the mind.

The course can be taken as private 1-on-1 sessions (in person or online) or as part of a small group.

Cost

  • The cost of the course is $299.

  • To keep you inspired, informed and to connect with a community of like-minded people, you’ll have access to free group meditation sessions after completing the course.

  • To refresh your practice, you may retake the course with me free of charge.
